Background and Previous Experience

Adv Mahlangu is the Group Leader of Thabure Group of Advocates.

Adv Eulenda Mahlangu is an experienced legal practitioner with extensive experience in various fields of law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa on 26 November 2002. She is a member of both the Johannesburg Bar Council and the Limpopo Bar Council.

Employment History:
She was employed by the National Prosecuting Authority as a Public Prosecutor, a State Advocate, A senior State Advocate, and an Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions in the Asset Forfeiture Unit.

Acting Judge:
Advocate Mahlangu acted as a judge in the North-West and the Free State Divisions.

Other seatings:
– Advocate Mahlangu was a member of the Sekhukhune TVET colleges council for a period of 8 years.
– Tax Board of South Africa for a period of 5 years from August 2013 to August 2018.
– She was a member of the Limpopo Bar Council for two terms.

Qualifications

She holds a Biuris Degree and an LLB Degree, both obtained from Vista University.
